- Can be cut, ground, sanded, painted, perforated and plastered once cured
- High adhesive strength
- Good resistance to water, chemicals, cleaning agents and microorganisms
- Very low emission of volatile organic substances (EC 1 Plus)
- High resistance to fire for up to 240 minutes (depending on the type of application)
- Can be used for any length of joint, both with and without rock wool
- High fire resistance times even in walls only 100 mm thick
- Thanks to its consistency (foam), it adapts to geometries and can be used for joints of various sizes
- Quick application and high yield (1 cylinder = approx. 40 l)
- Easy to extrude using a conventional PU foam gun
Because the material is not intumescent, it is not suitable for the fire-retardant sealing of joints containing pass-through elements (pipes, cables etc.). Use other Fireseal systems
Do not use for sealing flues

For fire-retardant sealing of vertical and horizontal linear joints in rigid walls (concrete, aerated concrete and masonry) and rigid floors (concrete and aerated concrete) requiring a degree of fire resistance
Sealing of joints between two walls or floors and also between the wall and frame of fire doors
Other uses (in the absence of specific EI fire resistance requirements):
- Fixing electrical ducts and junction boxes: the foam has passed the glowing-wire resistance test at 850°C according to IEC EN 60695-2-11
- For all common applications of a normal PU foam
