Self-countersinking head
- It countersinks anywhere
- 2 processes in one, screwing-in and countersinking
- Less protruding shavings as compared to wings under the head
- Prevents surfaces from cracking, splitting, breaking up
- Screws even into window construction fittings without damaging the coating (as used to happen with the old protruding wings)
Reamer
- Protects the tools
- Reduces friction during screw-in by 40%
- Less stress on electrical tools (longer service life)
Tip with ring thread/tip with counter thread
- The right tip reduces cracking
- Reduces cracking, especially when used near edges
- Reduces tightening torque
- Horizontal ring punching effect: collects shavings during screw-in
Asymmetrical threading
- Fastens lightly
- Less effort required for tightening – optimal penetration
- 50% savings in time
- Single thread on small sizes: increases torque while tightening and increases shear strength
AW drive
- Perfect fit between the driver and the screw head
- Optimal force transmission thanks to the perfect geometry of the drive surfaces
- Lasts longer
- Optimal and rapid centring
- Optimal contact surfaces reduce expulsion forces (preventing the bit from coming out)
- Reduced wear: even distribution of force prevents the surface coating of the screw and the screw head from being damaged
Not suitable for use with wall plugs as the cutting thread and the milling tip can damage the nylon. We recommend using wood or Wüpofast screws.
