The 2-S FR boards are high-density mineral-wool boards with fire-retardant coating on both sides.
FR boards, 2-S: 1200x600x60 mm.
- Fire resistance classes up to EI 240–EI 240 U/U, depending on the installation situation and the material
- The boards are pre-coated for quick and easy installation
- Excellent soundproofing
Gaps and edge joints are to be sealed with ACR 240 fire-retardant acrylic. Other system components are Würth FP strips and FP backfill material.
ETA 24/0628
The components (load-bearing structure, walls and ceilings) must have the required fire resistance rating in accordance with EN 13501-2. The walls and ceiling must be ≥150 mm in thickness. Maximum opening size: 2,400 x 1,200 mm (W x H). Maximum pipe/cable assignment: 60 % of penetration size.
When used for fire-rated penetration seals, ETA 21/0078 and the relevant installation instructions must be observed.
Combination penetration sealing of metal and plastic pipes and electrical wires in solid walls and solid ceilings in accordance with ETA-24/0628.
