- Prepares unprotected bituminous membranes, wood and smooth concrete surfaces for the subsequent application of IMPELAST or IMPELAST FR
- Prevents dust building on concrete surfaces and compacts friable materials (e.g. tuff), creating a clean and stable base, ready to be treated with waterproofing products

Preparing the surface:
Old bituminous membranes: Repair any uneven areas, tears, overlapping areas or folds in the surface, and remove any old protective paints. Cementitious substrates: Apply to solid, clean, dry surfaces. Remove any loose matter, oils, waxes, grease, dust and any peeling or flaking paint. Check the functionality of any water flow points
Mix the primer before use and apply undiluted using a roller or brush in the quantities indicated in the table according to the type of substrate. IMPELAST or IMPELAST FR may be applied between 4 and 24 hours later
