The plastic primer is similar to standard coatings, but with the advantage that it reduces the effort of surface preparation. The labour-intensive step of activating the plastic surface is no longer necessary, and there is no need for the typical pre-treatments for plastic surfaces, such as tempering, flame treatment, sanding or applying an adhesion agent. The surfaces only need to be clean, dry and free of grease.
Due to the number of plastics available on the market, a compatibility test must be carried out in an inconspicuous area.
The usage instructions are recommendations based on the tests we have conducted and our experience; carry out your own tests before each application.
