Single component quick-setting mastic for sealing fireplaces, ovens, stoves, chimneys, refractory bricks, etc.
Joints must be cleaned, degreased and dust-free. Dampen the parts to be treated before using the product. Ensure that the product penetrates deeply, dampen the sealant and smooth immediately with a spatula for sealants (e.g. Article 0891 180 100). Leave the product to dry for about 24 hours, then heat it slowly until completely cured. The dried sealant becomes very hard, similar to cement, and shrinks by around 35%. Small cracks or irregularities caused by the physical shrinkage must be removed by applying the product on the hardened layer, without causing any collateral damage
Cleaning
Remove freshly applied sealant with water. Once it is hardened it is removed mechanically
