On mineral and highly absorbent surfaces, use an adhesion primer spray or butyl/bitumen primer.
An excess length of 2 to 5 cm must be maintained in the corner area, depending on the joint width. We recommend the integration of a movement loop.
Sealing of window and door joints in new buildings on even surfaces.
1. Preparation:
Roughly clean the surfaces of soiling. When using on very difficult surfaces (e.g. soft fibre insulation board), a primer must be used.
2. Installation on window:
Stick the window sealing tape with self-adhesive to the back of the blind frame and press on firmly using a press-on roller. Fit the window and fill with PU foam.
3. Installation on masonry:
Fix the full-surface acrylate strip on the wall and press on firmly with a press-on roller.
