Extruded rigid shockproof PVC with an alkaline-resistant plaster mesh and PE (polyethylene) closed cell foam with self-adhesive
Polyethylene foam
- Seals perfectly
- Cushions and absorbs vibrations
- Eliminates the risk of cracks in the plaster
- Equipped with self-adhesive for mounting on the blind frame
L-shape
- Envelops and hides the blind frame
- Creates continuity between the blind frame and the insulation
- Adapts to any thickness of blind frame
Installation of window
Install the plaster support profile directly on the construction site, after installation of the blind frame and before application of the plaster. The surface must be dry and free from dust and grease. Remove the protective film from the self-adhesive and apply to the blind frame, exerting sufficient pressure. Warning! Due of the wide variety of materials on the market, a bonding test must always be carried out first to check the strength of bonding to the surface. After installation, before installing the window, apply a class BG1 self-expanding tape seal (such as Würth VKP Plus) to the internal part of the plaster support profile, in the area surrounded by the embossed line
