Not suitable for gluing insulation panels. Not suitable for fixing large ceramic tiles or heavy natural stone tiles on walls. Small tiles can be glued to it in areas with reasonably low humidity, such as domestic kitchens or bathrooms, provided that the plaster has been allowed to cure for a sufficient length of time (at least 4 weeks). Lime-based plasters are not recommended for very damp areas (e.g. subject to water splashes). If using the product as a wall covering for façades, paint with silicates or siloxanes should be used. Applying this type of paint enables the wall coating to be worked at least 10 days afterwards. To ensure good internal climate regulation, paints permeable to steam and carbon dioxide are recommended. Ensure that the room temperature and that of the surface being treated do not fall below +5°C during application and drying. Protect from frost for at least seven days to make sure that it dries properly. The product can be stored in a dry place for up to 12 months. Packaging date on the product packaging. Any material that is left over after the expiry date is cannot be reused and should not be mixed with fresh material
While the technical advice given is based on our experience and should be followed, it is purely indicative and must be confirmed through extensive practical tests. This does not relieve the purchaser of their responsibility to personally test our products to see whether they are suitable for the intended use

Suitable for universal use in restoration and renovation projects
Reinforcement mortar for restoring external thermal insulation systems (rendering) or for reinforcing façade plasters in combination with RETICS 155 reinforcement mesh
Smoothing plaster for normal load-bearing surfaces
It can be used as an adhesive skim coat (spread with a notched trowel) on concrete surfaces for applying lime-based base-coat plaster using the "fresh-on-fresh" technique
Surface:
The surface must be clean, firm, without persistent moisture, dust-free, consistent, and free from efflorescence, release agents or dirt of any kind. The surface must be checked thoroughly. Any pieces of damaged plaster must be removed
Preparing the surface:
Before working on old plaster, check the firmness of the surface using a tear test. The test must be carried out on at least two characteristic points over an area of 1 m²: Apply the mortar, embedding in it the Würth RETICS reinforcement mesh Art.0519510404 and leaving a strip of mesh free as a grip point for tearing. Carry out the tear test and corresponding evaluation once dry (at least seven days). Non-supporting plaster and paint must be removed. There is no need to apply primer to concrete surfaces that have been sufficiently cleaned and dried. If the surface is organic, cleaning must be carried out by simply washing with water, avoiding the use of high-pressure washers. After cleaning with water, the surface should be allowed to dry sufficiently (approx. ten days in good weather conditions). If cleaning is carried out with a high-pressure washer, however, the drying time should be increased proportionally
Preparing the mixture:
Use a sufficiently powerful mechanical stirrer to mix the product with the required quantity of clean water until a homogeneous mixture forms. The temperature of the water used for mixing must not exceed +25°C. Leave to stand for ten minutes, then mix again. The fresh mortar must be used within two hours. After the material has set, it should not be mixed again
Use:
Spread the smoothing product with a stainless steel trowel or spatula. The product can be applied in one or two layers. The optimum thickness of the smoothing product is at least 4 mm. If using the product as a reinforcement layer, use it in combination with RETICS 155 reinforcement mesh. The mesh should be embedded near the surface but still be fully covered by the skim coat. If using machinery, the product must be applied with a common plastering machine and worked with trowel. In all cases, the plaster should be levelled with a straight edge
